I wish to share my love of image-making with people, hoping to make a connection with those who recognize something of the texture of their own lives in what they see here.

Event: NightVisions: Cultural Interpretations of the Night Sky

Time: May 21 – August 27, 2022

Space: Coconino Center for the Arts, 2300 N Fort Valley Rd, Flagstaff, Arizona

Thank you to David Levy, Julie Comnick, and the entire Creative Flagstaff team for your work on the “NightVisions” exhibition. My drawing “Visitor” is installed alongside the work of my fellow artists at the Coconino Center for the Arts in Flagstaff, Arizona from May 21 to August 27, 2022.

“Flagstaff is the first International Dark-Sky City – this designation recognizes the extraordinary commitment of the Flagstaff community to night sky protection, which began with the world’s first regulations protecting the night sky over 60 years ago. These efforts were at the foundation of a global movement to protect night skies and continue through the efforts of the Flagstaff Dark Skies Coalition to celebrate, promote and protect the region’s glorious star-filled skies.” https://www.ccaflagstaff.org/current-exhibit
